Instructions
Making the Cordial: Place every components in a pot, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, agitating so the sugar melts. Then, turn off the stove allowing it to cool down entirely. Decant into a sealable bottle, seal keeping it in the refrigerator, it can be stored for about one month.
To make Batch Mix: Combine all the liquids into a large bottle, leave to sit for 60 minutes, then filter it best through cheesecloth, so it's fully clarified.
For serving: Measure 85ml from the cocktail base into a stirring glass containing ice, and agitate carefully for one minute to cool it down. Filter into a chilled martini glass or equivalent, garnish with some cranberries and finish by giving it a light spray with the mandarin essence above the glass.
